Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 7,000,000.

If the above fine is not paid, 50,000 won shall be converted into one day.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant,

1. A person engaged in driving of BPoter Ⅱ in violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents. On April 6, 2013, when driving the said vehicle under the influence of alcohol of 0.122% on blood alcohol level on April 18, 2013, the two-lane road of the two-lane 66-17 in the two-lane Don Don-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri).

On April 6, 2013, around 18:05, both violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving without a license) and the Road Traffic Act (driving without a license), the two-lane truck was driven under the influence of alcohol of about 0.12% without obtaining a driver’s license at the 4km section from the 104th Do in Yang-si in Yang-si to the 66-17th Do in the same city.
