Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[Criminal Power] Defendant B and C are sentenced to a suspended sentence of four months of imprisonment with prison labor for the crime of acquiring stolen goods at the Seoul Central District Court on August 27, 2013, and two years of a suspended sentence of six months of imprisonment with prison labor, which became final and conclusive on September 4, 2013 and are currently under a suspended sentence.

1. The Defendants conspired to share the role of the Defendants in collecting and selling smartphones, which are stolen goods, the role of Defendant A to collect smartphones after raising funds necessary for purchasing smartphones, which are stolen goods, and the role of Defendant C to collect smartphones or purchase taxis from stolen goods, G, and Defendant D to purchase smartphones, which are stolen goods, from taxi drivers, etc.
On August 28, 2013, from around 00:00 to 04:00 on the same day, the Defendants conspired to purchase 50,000 won and purchased 26 smartphones, which are stolen goods, from taxi engineers in the vicinity of Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Seocho-gu, with the knowledge that they are stolen goods, as well as purchase 50,00 won and 50,000 won and 26 smartphones, which are stolen goods, from around that time to September 13, 2013.
2. At around 18:00 on September 13, 2013, Defendant D operated a H car without obtaining a driver’s license in about about 20 km section from around the 655-14-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, to the vicinity of the Masan hotel in Gangnam-gu, Seoul.
[2] From August 11, 2013 to August 12, 2013, the Defendant purchased 40,000 won for a smartphone 4 (A1387) owned by the victim J (A1387) who is a child of Russian nationality, from a taxi driver who was unable to know the name in front of Gangnam-gu Seoul, at around 02:0 on August 11, 2013, and purchased 40,000 won for a smartphone from around that time to August 12, 2013.
