Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a BINFINIT G37S car.

Around 14:20 on August 27, 2017, the Defendant was driving the said vehicle and changed the front of the filling station D to Kimcheon-si to the first lane while driving the vehicle from the old-si to Kimcheon-si. At the time, the Defendant changed the course to the first lane for the victim E (60 years old) who driven the vehicle prior to the mashing, changed the course to the first lane, and the Defendant was driving the vehicle rapidly, while driving the said vehicle behind the said high speed, and driving the vehicle at the second lane.
