A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Larceny of intrusion on night buildings;

A. On September 2016, at around 01:0, the Defendant: (a) opened a rear window and intruded into a container of “D Emt” managed by the victim C in Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-si; and (b) took custody of the container, the Defendant stolen, on three occasions during the period of mid-2016, the total market value of the victim’s possession of KRW 480,00,000, totaled over three occasions during the period of mid-20, 2016, with 10 boxes, 5 boxes, and drinking water.

B. On October 14, 2016, at around 22:00, the Defendant: (a) opened and intruded the “G cafeteria” operated by the Victim F in Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-si; and (b) cut off cash, which is the victim’s possession in the Kacter; and (c) stolen KRW 310,000,000,000.

On November 2016, 2016, the Defendant: (a) infringed upon the victim I’s “J restaurant” operated by the victim I of the Ha in Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-do; and (b) stolen the cash of KRW 6,000, which was owned by the Defendant’s Kitter’s credit cooperative, with the victim’s cash owned.

(d)

On November 2016, 22:00, the Defendant: (a) intruded the victim L households located in K at the petition-gu, Cheongju-si, with the entrance crepans; and (b) stolen the victim’s house at around 05:00 on the following day.

E. On November 201, 2016, at around 01:00, the Defendant: (a) opened a door at the “O” office where the victim N in the petition area M was working in the Cheongju-si, Cheongju-si; (b) opened a door and intruded into the door by using the door that was cut off by subtracting the stolenness from the above “D”; and (c) cut off one with a wall equivalent to KRW 400,000,000, market price of which includes one copy of the resident registration certificate, etc.

F. On November 201, 2016, the Defendant: (a) opened a restaurant window and intruded into “Rcafeteria” operated by the victim Q Q in Cheongju-si P, Cheongju-si; and (b) opened the said restaurant window and opened it in that place; and (c) opened boom, sponsed, sponsed, and Kim, owned by the victim.
