1. The reasons for the court's explanation concerning this case are as follows. The court's explanation of this case is to dismiss "in this court" of the third party 12 of the judgment of the court of first instance as "in the court of first instance," and the plaintiff's assertion that the plaintiff should repeat in the court of first instance as to this case is identical to the reasons for the judgment of the court of first instance, so it is to accept it as it is in accordance with Article 8 (2) of the Administrative Litigation Act and Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act

In this paper, I argue that same-sexs are not allowed to be discriminated and punished strictly, and that they are recognized as refugees because they are in danger of life as they do not allow the same-sexs of the government.

If the sexual orientation of the refugee applicant violates the moral rules or legal rules of the country of origin, it is easy to be exposed to gambling, and if the government of the country of origin refuses or is unable to protect it, it can be seen as a "specific social group" which is one of the causes of gambling recognized as a refugee under the Refugee Act, the Refugee Convention, and the Refugee Protocol.

In addition, “persecution” refers to “an act causing serious infringement or discrimination on essential human dignity, including threats to life, body, or freedom,” and where there is a serious infringement or discrimination on essential human dignity beyond the ordinary level of social criticism on the ground of sexual orientation of refugee applicants, it constitutes persecution as stipulated in the Refugee Convention.

Therefore, in order for same-sexs to be recognized as refugees, their sexual orientation has already been disclosed in the country of origin and the country of origin has been specific.
