A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The part of the facts charged was revised to the extent that it does not affect the defendant's defense right.

On May 20, 2018, the Defendant: (a) tried to commit an indecent act against a imprison female; (b) discovered the victim E (one, two-four years of age) returning home in the vicinity of the D shop in Ansan-si, Ansan-si; and (c) followed the said victim.
