A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On September 10, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to four years of imprisonment for rape, etc. at the Seoul Central District Court, and completed the enforcement of the sentence on April 19, 2017. On April 17, 2020, the Defendant was sentenced to two years and six months of imprisonment for a violation of the Act on Probation and Electronic Monitoring, etc. of Specific Offenders in the Busan District Court’s Vice Branch Branch Branch Branch Office, and the judgment became final and conclusive on July 25, 2020.
The Defendant, while putting a broadcast on the Internet broadcast medium called mobile phone display “non-highline”, became aware of the victim B (the age of 32). From around December 20, 2018, he ended with the victim, and had been living in the victim’s residence from January 2019.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous things and damaged the property owned by the victim.
2.
