The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. On April 7, 2018, at around 00:30, the Defendant: (a) requested the victim C (the 37 years of age, female) to withdraw a divorce lawsuit filed against the Defendant during January with the 1st Central District Court against the Defendant during the 1st century; (b) however, as the victim refused, the Defendant assaulted the Victim’s two arms with both knife and knife with both knife and knife with both knife and knife with both knife, and assaulted the Victim’s two arms once.

2. Determination

(a) Crimes of non-violation of intention: Article 260(3) and (1) of the Criminal Act;

B. On May 3, 2018, after the prosecution of this case, a non-application for punishment was submitted to the effect that the injured person does not wish to punish the defendant.

(c) Judgment dismissing a public prosecution: Article 327 subparag. 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act;
