[Defendant A] The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for one year and four months and by a fine of 300,000 won

The above fine shall not be paid by the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendants conspired to steal another person’s goods stored in the parked vehicle without correcting the car text.

A. Defendant B and C: (a) around October 22, 2017, around 18:20, 2017: (b) reported the network in front of F in the front of the North Haju-gun of North Korea; (c) Defendant A opened the top door of the said car, thereby leaving the cell phone equivalent to KRW 300,000 of the market price owned by the victim.

As a result, the Defendants committed a theft of another's property jointly.

B. Defendant B and C reported the victim’s wing-gun I’s parking lot around 19:20 on the same day as the above A, and the network in front of the 3 chemical vehicles owned by the victim J, and the Defendant A opened a steering door of the said cargo vehicle between them and moved out KRW 100,000 in cash owned by the victim.

As a result, the Defendants committed a theft of another's property jointly.

Defendant

A and C indicated the bill of indictment in the bill of indictment owned by the injured party M, parked in front of the former North America L, around 00:10 on October 23, 2017, as “A”. However, according to evidence (which is the 6,10 pages of investigation records), this is obvious that it is a clerical error of “N” and thus ex officio rectification is recognized.

In front of the low-priced car, Defendant B opened a door to the driver’s seat of the said car and took up KRW 200,000 in cash in it.

As a result, the Defendants committed a theft of another's property jointly.

2. Defendant A and C conspired to steals other things stored in the parked vehicle without correcting the car text.

A. On October 18, 2017, around 21:50 on October 18, 2017, Defendant C: (a) reported the network to the victim Q Q Q Q in front of the P, located in Jin-si, Chungcheongnam-si; and (b) Defendant A opened a steering door of the said cargo vehicle between them and was in that place.

10,000 won Check 11, cash 3,000 won, 5,000 UN Branch Notes 1,000 won Check.

Accordingly, the defendants are combined.
