A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

[2015 Highest 4946]

1. A thief: (a) around November 25, 2015, the Defendant: (b) cut off the Do private house or male scam room located in Gwangju Seo-gu, Gwangju, with a 150,000 won, credit card 2, and a 1050,000 won, which is the cash owned by the victim E, in so far as it has been cut up by hand, and opened up the clothes 47 clothes from the scam room in the above scam room in his/her hand; and (c) with a 5 carrying phone at the time of Samsung galle, the market value of which is equivalent to one million won; and (d) with a 2 carrying phone of Samsung No. 1 million won.

In addition, the defendant stolen the victims' property amounting to KRW 6,680,000 in total by means of the same way as the statement, such as the list of crimes (1).

2. On November 25, 2015, the Defendant violated the Act on Financial Business Specializing in Fraud and Credit Business: (a) presented the victim H (39 years of age) who is the owner of the G convenience store located in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju, to whom the Defendant was issued goods, such as tobacco and milk equivalent to KRW 6,000, which was stolen, as stated in paragraph (1).

In addition, the defendant, like the list of crimes (2) 13 times as stated in the list of crimes, by deceiving the victims in the same manner as the statement, received the total amount of 845,830 won and used the stolen credit card unlawfully.

On December 2, 2015, the Defendant: (a) cut off 50,00 won in cash, 50,000 won in the market price of 229,00 won, which is 20,000 won owned by the victim K, by cutting off the clothes of the 229 clothes inside the above escape room in his/her hands, at the “J Doro” room located in Gwangju Mine-gu, Gwangju, Gwangju, by using one type of 5,00,000 won in cash; (b) one type of card; (c) one type of card; and (d) one unit of 5,000,000 won in the market price, and one unit of a car siren, one unit of 5,000,000 won in the verification Samsung galle, which

On December 2, 2015, the Defendant violated the Act on Financial Business Specializing in Fraud and Credit Business: (a) around 02:21, 2015, 550,000 won or more from the “main store” operated by the victim M in Seo-gu, Gwangju; and (b) K’s national card that was stolen to the victim, as stated in the foregoing paragraph (1), presented it as one’s credit card.
