Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Defendant
C On August 30, 2012, the Suwon District Court sentenced two years of suspension of the execution to eight months of imprisonment for special larceny, etc. at the Suwon District Court, which became final and conclusive on September 7, 2012.

1. At around 20:00 on December 22, 2012, Defendant C cut off one debit card of an enterprise bank from the ground room located in the “L” work room located in Ansan-si, Agu, Ansan-si, by taking advantage of the gaps in which the victim M is working.
2. The Defendant C and I conspired with the Defendant C to purchase the necessary goods at the store by means of a debit card of M’s corporate bank thefted by Defendant C as above.
On December 22, 2012, Defendant C and I expressed the same attitude that Defendant C had the right to use the debit card in the name of M that Defendant C stolen at the Posking store operated by the Victim O located in Sin-si, Sinri-si on December 22, 2012, and were issued by the victim the tax system equivalent to the total market value of KRW 44,800.
Defendant
C and I conspired to obtain the total amount of 2,042,10 won from the victims by the same method nine times, such as the attached list of crimes, from the next day to the next day.
B. Around December 22, 2012, the Defendant and I, in violation of the Specialized Credit Financial Business Act, presented a debit card under the Defendant’s name to O, which was stolen, to purchase a tax amount equivalent to KRW 44,800,00, in total, at the Pman point operated by the O located in Sin-si, Sinung-si, and used the stolen debit card.
The defendant and I conspired to use the debit card which was stolen in the name of M in the same manner nine times from the next day to the next day as shown in the list of crimes in the attached Form.
Defendant C, at around 03:00 on December 30, 201, Defendant C, while drinking alcohol together with S and the victim T, is under the influence of alcohol.
