1. Defendant D shall:
(a) As to the shares 4/15 of the shares in the real estate listed in the separate sheet No. 1, 2/15 of the shares to the PlaintiffB.

Family members and inheritance-related plaintiffs C, B, A, and defendant D are each left, and the network F and G are their parents.
The networkF died on February 17, 1975, and the property was jointly inherited by the Plaintiffs, Defendant, and G.
According to the Civil Act that was enforced at the time, the share of inheritance is Defendant D6/15, Plaintiff B 4/15, Plaintiff C2/15, Plaintiff A1/15, and Plaintiff A1/15, G2/15.

Defendant D has completed the registration of transfer on April 6, 1971 as to the real estate stated in Section 1 of the Schedule on the same day.
The netF purchased each real estate listed in [Attachment List Nos. 2 and 3 from H before birth, on the following ground, but did not register each of the above real estate.
On June 13, 1981, after the death of the deceased F, Defendant D completed registration of preservation of ownership in accordance with the former Act on Special Measures for the Registration, etc. of Ownership of Real Estate (Act No. 3094, effective, and effective (hereinafter “Special Measures Act”).
On September 16, 2013, Defendant Leecheon-si completed the registration of ownership transfer based on a consultation on the acquisition of public land as to the real estate listed in attached Table No. 2 of the attached Table No. 2.

As to the real estate stated in the attached list No. 1 of the plaintiffs' assertion by the parties, the above real estate is the real estate trusted by the deceased F to Defendant D, and as long as the deceased F's co-inheritors did not make the real name registration under the name of the co-inheritors during the period prescribed in Article 11 of the Act on the Registration of Real Estate under Actual Titleholder's Name, the remaining portion of the registration of Defendant D

Defendant D, even though he did not purchase each of the above immovables from the deceased F, completed registration of initial ownership by false guarantee of each of the above immovables, each of the above registrations is completed in accordance with the Special Act.
