Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. The Defendant was awarded a subcontract for F, G high-priced packing improvement works and replacement works with a protective fence by the Seoul Special Metropolitan City Facility Management Corporation, and H is the field agent of the said construction.
B. H around September 22, 2015, around 04:11, G high school repair and improvement works were conducted in order to prevent the 1,2-lanes of the roads in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan City I Do from among the third roads.
