Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 300,000.

Where the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On June 27, 2015, the Defendant destroyed and stolen a hybrid bicycle 1, which is worth 280,000 won in the market value of the victim, set aside in the wooden pole located in the neighboring green park of 732 Nung-dong, Hanam-si, Hanam-si, 77:50 on June 27, 2015.
