1. The Defendant: (a) KRW 15 million to the Plaintiff; and (b) 5% per annum from September 18, 2015 to May 11, 2016 to the Plaintiff.

1. On May 20, 201, the Plaintiff and C have married to have her husband and wife married on May 20, 201.

On April 2013, the defendant came to know that he had been working at a work place with C and came to a teaching relationship.

As between September 22, 2013 and November 8, 2013, the Defendant and C sent a Kakakao text message.

Among them, text messages sent by the defendant to C are as follows.

“사랑하는자기야”, “우리애칭하나만들까 ”, “그냥자기여보는너무흔해~~”, “응~~내남자능력을보여줘~~^^홧팅하구끝나믄연락해요~~^^”, “와이프어디갔나보네~애기보고있겠구~엄청바쁜나이트였어~”, “자기야~보고싶따~마니~”, “자기야~~있잖아~내가자기를엄~~~청나게마니사랑하거든~자기는그걸아나모르나 ”, “주말동안나안보고시펐쪄 난자기마니마니보고시펐눈데~~~”, “알지~~아가보는게얼마나힘든데~그룬데난오빠가와이프가가고나믄바로연락올줄알고낮부터진짜오빠연락기다렸거든~근데연락없길래같이있는줄알고연락도못하고구랬눈데..나중에이래저래알고나니까오빠연락만기다린내자신이넘초라해서..그래서나두모르게그랬어~오빠두힘든거아는데~미안해~” C이 피고에게 보낸 문자메시지의 내용은 다음과 같다.

“웅웅~~잘쉬구있쪄요~♥”, “넹~~♥♥”, “나두 보고싶어용~♥♥”, “그러게말이야~^^ 근데 계속 문자들도 안달달하고 호칭도 C선생이고~나혼자 자기야 부르고 나혼자 사랑한다외치고 ”, “웅웅~~아이 예쁘다 울자기~♥♥ 나한테도 욕은 속으로만해주세여 (부끄)” [인정근거] 갑 제1 내지 5호증(가지번호 포함)의 각 기재 또는 영상, 변론 전체의 취지

A. Comprehensively taking account of the fact that the occurrence of damages liability 1 was recognized, C received Kakao Stockholm text messages confirming that C had the following contents with the Defendant against the Plaintiff.
