Defendant

A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for ten months and by imprisonment with prison labor for six months.

However, as to Defendant B, this shall not apply.

Punishment of the crime

On June 19, 2013, Defendant A sentenced 8 months to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Game Industry Promotion Act in the Changwon District Court’s Tong branch branch on the part of June 19, 2013, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Jinju prison on December 9, 2013.
