A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

On November 21, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to the suspension of the execution of imprisonment for a term of six months for fraud in the support of the Jung-gu District Court, and on April 30, 2015, the sentence of the said suspension of execution was invalidated upon the final judgment on June 16, 2015. The parole period was expired on December 24, 2015 and on February 3, 2016, after the execution of each of the above sentence was released on parole on December 24, 2015.

On May 14, 2017, Defendant J. 2203 ordered L. 6 C. C., C., C. 1 C., S., S., S. and S., S. to pay the alcohol value to the victim despite having no intent or ability to pay the alcohol value even after drinking.

Accordingly, the Defendant is the victim as above.
