1. The Plaintiff:

A. Defendant B shall deliver to the following buildings, and the rest of the Defendants shall be set aside.

- Defendant B: Claim for the return of the object and the overdue rent due to the termination of the lease - The remainder of the Defendants: the removal of the disturbance from occupation without permission and the claim for unjust enrichment equivalent to the rent (the claim for rent based on the lease cannot be filed against the unauthorized occupant for damages or unjust enrichment; therefore, the claim can be filed after the termination of the lease, as it is not possible to claim for damages or unjust enrichment equivalent to the rent from the unauthorized occupant; and
