When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On December 23, 2018, at around 00:15, the Defendant driven CMW motor vehicle within approximately 20 kilometers from the Do located in 0.105% of blood alcohol concentration in 0.105% and from the Do located in the 78-ro, South-west, South-west, South-west, South-west, to the same military gate parking lot.
