A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Around May 8, 2015, the Defendant prepared a traffic accident situation report on the ground that the Defendant damaged the said vehicle while driving the DMW vehicle owned by C while driving the DM vehicle on behalf of the Seoul Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Police Station, Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, Seoul, the Defendant forged the Defendant’s pro-friendly E’s signature in the signature column of the above written statement in order to conceal that the Defendant is a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act (dacting driving), and submitted a written statement of traffic accident situation where the signature of E was written to F who is forged.

Accordingly, the defendant forged another person's signature for the purpose of exercising it, and exercised it.
