Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, as to the Defendants, it is for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant B’s sole criminal conduct

(a) The point of possession of the capt “hacker” gun shall not exceed 0.2 g of carbon exchange, nor carry the capt gun in excess of 0.02 km of the projected carbon exchange energy.

Nevertheless, around February 15, 2015, the Defendant purchased at KRW 0.25 g of carbon exchange, which is a gun of 0.047 km, from the Internet and possessed up to February 15, 2015.

(b) No person holding “G17” possession of an ambiguous gun may possess a conspiracy gun, the shape of which is similar to that of the gun and thus is likely to be misused for a crime, or the weight of ammunition exceeds 0.2g, or the launching energy emitted exceeds 0.02 km.

Nevertheless, around February 5, 2014, the Defendant purchased “G17” (G17), which is a mother gun with a size of 0.25g and launched 0.0421km from the Internet site “C” and possessed until February 15, 2015.

2. At around 03:40 on February 15, 2015, Defendant A’s sole criminal conduct: (a) while getting on and off the Defendant’s friendly B driver’s vehicle on the front of the “Ecafeteria” road located in Dongducheon-si, 26 years old) and G (n, 25 years old); (b) discovered the victim F (n, 26 years old) and the victims of the accident; and (c) thought the victims to have the total face of the accident; and (d) agreed the victims with the mother gun of the “Indonest this Ordinance”, the Defendant launched 10 non-anth of the victim F and the part of the victim G’s left side side part of the victim G, respectively.

Accordingly, the defendant committed violence to the victims by carrying dangerous articles.

3. The Defendants’ co-principal intent is to launch a shot to those who pass through the Defendant’s mother gun owned by the Defendant B, and to those who are foreigners’ damage.
