Defendant

A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for six months and by imprisonment for eight months.

However, from the date this judgment became final and conclusive, Defendant A.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant: (a) was a spouse who reported the marriage with G on May 6, 1996; (b) was sexual intercourse with B over 12 occasions from February 2012 to December 9 of the same year as follows.

On February 2, 2012, the Defendant stopped in B with B and once within the passenger car of B stopping on the line of Busan metropolitan traffic Daegu.

B. On March 6, 2012, the Defendant sent B and once sexual intercourse at the I hotel hotel located in Busan Shipping Daegu H.

C. On March 13, 2012, the Defendant sent B and once sexual intercourse at the above I hotel hotel.

On March 30, 2012, the Defendant sent B and once to the guest room in the Busan East-guJ.

E. On April 6, 2012, the Defendant attended B and once in the above I hotel hotel.

F. On April 8, 2012, the Defendant attended B and once with the passenger room at the above K hotel.

G. On May 6, 2012, the Defendant taught B with B and once at the above I hotel hotel.

H. On June 2012, the Defendant attended B and once with B at a church parking lot in the vicinity of the Busan So-gu L apartment.

I. On July 2012, the Defendant attended B and once with the Defendant at a church parking lot near the above L apartment.

(j) On August 2012, the Defendant attended B and once with the Defendant at a church parking lot in the vicinity of the above L apartment.

C. On November 1, 2012, the Defendant sent 101 Dongdong 101, 502 to B and once.

(l) On December 9, 2012, the Defendant sent a sexual intercourse with B from 1624 to B from 1624 of the Busan East-gu M building.

2. Defendant B

A. While being aware that the Defendant was a spouse A, the Defendant had sexual intercourse with A over 12 times, as described in paragraph (1), respectively.

B. On December 20, 2012, at the same police station located in Suwon-dong, Busan-dong, 158-1, the Defendant suffered from rape and injury by committing rape of the Defendant on February 23, 2012 on the one-way route under the O located in Geum-gu, Busan around February 23, 2012, and around March 04:0-05:00 on March 1, 2012, the Defendant was raped by the Defendant in front of P located in Geum-gu, Busan-dong, Busan-dong, and around December 15:00 on December 19, 2012.
