Purport of claim and appeal

1. Details of the disposition;

(a) Permission for development activities of share holders regarding E, etc. before partition and a table in attached Form 1;

As indicated in the record, 14 persons, such as the owner G, etc. of share in the forest E 9,524 square meters of forest land in Gwangju-si, Gwangju-si (hereinafter “Fri”) prior to subdivision, were entitled to permission for development activities as prescribed by Article 56(1) of the former National Land Planning and Utilization Act, by specifying the location of 292 square meters of land among the 9,524 square meters of forest E and the 1,136 square meters of forest land before subdivision and the 1,136 square meters of forest land in H before subdivision (i.e., 9,524 square meters of land; hereinafter “instant land”) and obtaining permission for development activities as prescribed by Article 56(1) of the same Act.

2) On June 19, 2012, 14 lots of land, such as 807 square meters of I forest, J forest, 474 square meters, 564 square meters of K forest, and 24 square meters of L forest, etc., prior to the division, were divided into 92 square meters of E forest. Since then, on the ground of partition of co-owned property as of June 27, 2012, I and J forest were owned by Plaintiff A and D for co-ownership (each 1/2 share), and after the division, the forest was owned by Plaintiff B, and the forest was divided by Plaintiff C. (after each land was divided, the location of each land was divided.

B. The Plaintiffs’ housing construction and land category change 1) the building report on the first ground detached housing filed by Plaintiff A and D was accepted on August 10, 2012, and the approval for use of the said detached housing was completed on December 26, 2013.

In addition, the category of the I Forest land was changed to the "Large" on January 3, 2014, and the J Forest was changed to the "Road" on the same day.

2) The building report on the K-based detached Housing filed by Plaintiff B was accepted on August 10, 2012, and the approval for the use of the said detached Housing was completed on March 14, 2016, and the category of the said detached Housing changed on April 12, 2017. 3) After the division of Plaintiff C, the building report on the E-based detached Housing was accepted on August 10, 2012, and the approval for the use of the said detached Housing was completed on July 2, 2014. After the division, E-forest was changed to “T” on September 17, 2014.
