1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff, on March 5, 1973, completed the registration of transfer of ownership on the ground of sale and purchase on March 5, 1973, with the land of 767 square meters and the land of 2,292 square meters prior to C, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun (hereinafter “Ki”) in the purport of the claim.

As seen in the drawings, G forest land 1,289 square meters, which is the land adjacent to the two above land owned by the plaintiff, is owned by the defendant on March 5, 1973 on which the defendant completed the registration of transfer of ownership based on the sale and purchase in the future.

B. The process of partition and registration conversion relating to the above two lands owned by the Plaintiff and the above lands owned by the Defendant is listed in the following table:

(A) On December 14, 2017, the fact-finding was arranged in the reverse order of time in this Sea.
