A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 80 hours.

Punishment of the crime

In order to photograph women's body, etc. in a marra, etc. where women live in a mixed, the Defendant saw marbling around the heart and studio, and had a house that flicks.

1. On September 9, 2017, the Defendant intrusioned upon the victim’s residence at a total of 43 times from that time until August 9, 2018, as shown in [Attachment Table 1 (except [Attachment 8, 32, 35] between August 9, 2018 and August 27, 2018.

2. No person shall photograph another person's body against his/her will, using a camera or any other mechanical device equipped with similar functions, which may cause sexual humiliation or sense of shame;

A. The Defendant, at the time and place specified in the preceding paragraph, up to 44 times in total as indicated in the attached Table 2, taken pictures of the victims’ body form, shower form, sexual intercourse, etc. against the victim’s will, as shown in the attached Table 2, by setting up a cell phone on the accelerator 3rd floor toilet, which was prepared in advance, and setting up a shower in body from the third floor toilet of 19:21, in front of the period from that time to August 19:21, 2018.

B. On August 9, 2018, around 00:27, the Defendant tried to photograph the body of the victim with a cell phone owned through the toilet window for “D Borrowing,” in which the victim C (n, 25 years of age) located in Daegu-gu B, Seogu, Daegu-gu. However, the Defendant did not enter the toilet and did not commit an attempted crime.
