1. The Defendant is the representative director of the R Co., Ltd. in the first floor of the Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Q Building, who employs 70 full-time workers and is engaged in computer facility management business, etc.

The Defendant, while working at the workplace specified in paragraph (1) from December 17, 2012 to September 10, 2013, did not pay KRW 1,273,214 as wages of August 2013 and monthly wages of KRW 2,806,973 and September 9, 2013 to the retired workers S within 14 days from the date of his/her retirement without any agreement on the extension of the due date between the parties concerned.

In June 2013, wages of 964,070, retirement allowances of 1,846,150 won were not paid within 14 days from the date of retirement without any agreement between the parties on the extension of the due date.

5. From June 11, 2012 to November 25, 2013, the Defendant is working as a computer maintenance and repair technician at the workplace specified in paragraph (1).

From September 2013 to November 2011 of the same year, the retirement allowance of KRW 6,059,008, retirement allowance of KRW 3,124,221 has not been paid within 14 days from the date of retirement without any agreement between the parties on the extension of the due date.

6. The Defendant is working at a workplace as described in paragraph (1) from July 12, 2011 to June 30, 2013.
