A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Nos. 3 through 6 of the evidence seized by the defendant shall be confiscated, and 2,442,50 won shall be confiscated.

Punishment of the crime

Despite the fact that the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, the Defendant handled the Meteptop clopty (one philopopon; hereinafter “philopon”), which is a local mental medicine, as follows:

1. On June 2, 2018, the Defendant: (a) transferred the price of KRW 7.50,000 won to the virtual account (Account Number:F) at a hospital funeral account designated by the E Bank from which the address of Seoul (hereinafter referred to as “D”) is unknown at around 00:52, Jun. 2, 2018; (b) on the same day, at around 00:56, the Defendant traded a phiphone by means of sending the phiphone to the virtual account (Account Number:F) at a bank designated by the E Bank from which the address of Seoul is unknown; and (c) on the same day, at around 0:56, the Defendant traded a phiphone by means of searching approximately 1g of the phiphone which the said B

2. On June 17, 2018, the Defendant: (a) transferred the price of KRW 1100,000 to E bank account (Account Number: I and J) designated by the said B at the location of E bank located in the E bank located in Ha in Gyeongsung-si on June 17, 2018; and (b) traded the phiphone in the way of finding approximately 1.5 g of the phiphone which the said B concealed in advance at the parking lot located in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Gangnam-gu, Seoul; and (c) selling the phiphone in the way of finding approximately 1.5 g of the phiphone.

3. Trading and administration of chophones on September 16, 2018.

A. On September 16, 2018, the Defendant: (a) transferred the price of KRW 7.50,000 won to the M account (Account Number: Non-face Number) designated by the seller of his/her nameless penphones (C.N.) in Sung-nam-si L around P. Around September 16, 2018; and (b) traded the phiphone by means of finding approximately 1g of the philophone, which was hidden in advance, from the Bara stairs located in the Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Airbing Zone around that time.

B. On September 16, 2018, the Defendant, who parked in the PO apartment parking lot in Sungsung-si, Seosung-si, was administered with a penphone in a way that the Defendant puts the philopon into the glass pipe and inhales it by heating it in a PSpo-si car.

4. On September 23, 2018, the Defendant, who administered a philopon, put the philopon in a glass room for the foregoing apartment parking lot that was parked around the night of September 23, 2018.
