Whether the standard market price of the ambiguous lot number is applied when land has been partitioned and the value thereof has increased.
Summary
If the value of the land increases substantially due to its division, the standard market price of the mother parcel number shall not be considered as the standard market price of the land divided, so divided land shall constitute a land without a publicly assessed individual land price. However, such circumstance alone alone does not constitute a case where divided land

Reasons
