A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On March 10, 2013, the Defendant, who is engaged in driving a rocketing car, driven the said car under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.122% at the time of Jeju on March 10, 2013, and led to the shooting distance of the bathing beach located in the Lee Ho-dong at the time of Jeju, to the ethical area from the ethic area of Seoul Chungcheong Station.

Ultimately, the Defendant driven the said rocketing car in a situation where normal driving is difficult due to the influence of alcohol, and suffered injury to the victim D, such as a dives and scar scarbling, which requires approximately 12 weeks of medical treatment, to the victim F (V, the passenger of the said new garring car) who is the same passenger of the said new garring car, for approximately 12 weeks of medical treatment, and suffered injury to the victim G (V, the 29 years of age) who is the passenger of the said rocketing car, for approximately 12 weeks of medical treatment.
