Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a car with B or a car.
1. A violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury resulting from Dangerous Driving) was under the influence of alcohol level 0.157% on September 14, 2018, the Defendant driven the said car in front of the road to the 393 corporate bank intersection via the Namyang-si, Chungcheongnam-si, Namyang-si, Gyeongyang-do, and led it to the direction of C building in the vicinity of the Do farm basin.
