Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. C (hereinafter “C”) is a service company related to housing redevelopment improvement project, engaged in housing construction execution agent business, planning, management and consultation business, etc., and the Plaintiff was the representative director of C until November 2008. The Defendant is an association established to implement a housing redevelopment project in Jin-gu Busan (hereinafter “instant project”).

B. On December 27, 2006, C entered into a contract with the Defendant for specialized management of housing redevelopment projects, and on July 26, 2007, C entered into a contract with the Defendant for specialized management of housing redevelopment projects (hereinafter “instant contract”).
