Punishment of the crime

As the trade name of “D” in Daegu Northern-gu C, the Defendant’s wife is a person who supplies school meal materials through the name of “G” with the trade name of “G” from Daegu North-gu, and the name of “G” with the school meal service selling business report to the Daegu North-gu, Daegu-gu, and then supplies food to public institutions, such as schools in the Daegu-gu area.” The Defendant supplied school meal service materials through the “National Site System (G2B)” and the “school meal service electronic procurement system (EAT) of the Korea Agricultural and Fishery Products Distribution Corporation” publicly notified by each agency through the “National Site System (G2B)” and the “school meal service electronic procurement system (EAT).

The defendant, in collusion with E, established a disguised G under the name of the Ministry E as if he was a competitor, due to an increase in the number of competitive enterprises participating in group meals electronic tendering such as schools, and established a disguised G under the name of the competitor, and actually, the defendant managed and operated it, and increased the probability of successful bidding by simultaneously bidding.

Therefore, in participating in an electronic bid (G2B) of the country where the procurement agency (G2B) provides “public announcement of the estimation of the number of subsidiary food for school meal in July, 2015 at a place where it is impossible to identify the place on June 18, 2015, the Defendant entered into a simultaneous bidding in the name of 16:13 square meters for the same day in the name of 7,395,000 won, and entered into a bid in the name of 12:35 square meters for the same day under the name of 12:35 square meters for the same day, 7,41,700 won for the same day. From that time, the Defendant received all of the bid bid agreements of 790 food supply contracts in the name of 7,275 square meters from July 28, 2016 in the public announcement of tender by the 790 agencies (D-G duplicate bid).

As a result, the defendant conspired with E to establish a disguised company and simultaneously participate in an electronic bid for school meal services.
