Reasons
Punishment of the crime
As the trade name of “D” in Daegu Northern-gu C, and in supplying food materials to public institutions such as schools in the area of Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, with the trade name of “G”, the Defendant is a person who supplies school meal materials by participating in an electronic bid for group meal service purchase contracts and being awarded a contract by participating in a group food supply contract and being awarded a contract.
The defendant, in collusion with E, established a disguised G under the name of E, as if he was a competitor, due to an increase in the number of competitive enterprises participating in group meals electronic tendering such as schools, and established a disguised G under the name of E, and actually, the defendant managed and operated it at the same time, thereby increasing the probability of successful bidding.
