A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On June 5, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 23:05, the Gangnam-gu Seoul, Gangnam-gu, had a 362-ro social gathering event; (b) was behind the building, and was under the influence of alcohol to the security guards of the building, on the ground that a slope D belonging to the Seoul Western Police Station C District, who was called up after receiving a 112 report, solicited the Defendant to return home to the Defendant. (c) At once, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol.
Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of police officers' duties.
