The sentence of sentence against the defendant shall be suspended.

Punishment of the crime

Accordingly, the Defendant carried out an election campaign by taking advantage of the status of public officials.

B. On May 2014, the Defendant, at the above Defendant’s house, visited the event of an election campaign worker recruitment event, i.e., “S. F. F. F. F. F. F. F. F. F. F. F. F. F. F. F. F. F. F. F. By doing so, the defendant uses his status as a public official.
