Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendants forged public document documents with the intent to forge the public document by receiving the PDF files of the “financial account tracking civil petition” document under the name of the Chairman of the Financial Services Commission, which was forged by the singing employee, and by printing out the copy to the singing victims.

2. Defendant A’s fraud and forged public document uttering are cash collection measures of the Bosing organization.
