Defendant

A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor of one year and six months, by imprisonment with prison labor of 10 months, and by a fine of 6,00,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. The former loan fraud (H, Defendant A’s joint criminal conduct, Defendant C’s participation only in attempted fraud No. 7 per annum on the list of offenses) H (one person), Defendant A, the former K (one "K"), and the latter president (hereinafter “LL president”) in his name, together with the State’s housing fund to support the stabilization of ordinary people’s housing in the Korea Housing Finance Corporation, and with the head of the household over 20 years old who has entered into a lease contract for the real residential building including housing through a commercial bank with the resources of the State’s housing fund and paid 5% or more of the deposit money to the lessee, who is the householder of the National Housing Fund, within a certain guarantee limit, and used the goods required or required to pay the deposit money for the lease to the said lessee, who is the head of the household over 20% of the deposit money. Defendant A and the president of the Korea Housing Fund, an applicant for the above loan, who is an applicant for the National Housing Fund, will not obtain a normal loan by means of Internet loan advertising or introduction of the borrower.
