On January 24, 2013, the Defendant entered into a contract with the Plaintiff to entrust the sales agency business of the instant building (hereinafter “instant sales agency contract”) and the main contents indicated in the sales agency contract are as follows.
Article 1 (Indication of Real Estate for Sale by Proxy) (1) of the contract for sale by lots (hereinafter referred to as "subject matter") shall be as follows:
