Punishment of the crime

On June 21, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 22:35, in front of Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, Dongdaemun-gu, the Defendant obstructed the performance of duties by the police officer, who was carrying out patrol duty, who was a police officer belonging to the Dongdaemun-gu Police Station C District of the Dongdaemun-gu Police Station at the time of patrol, by carrying out a trial expense without any particular reason, while driving a drinking to D’s face; and (b) was walking the part of D’s sagn part of D’s sagn part while carrying out patrol duty once.
