Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On March 30, 2013, at least 22:30 on March 30, 2013, the Defendant reported violent incidents between B and C, a work partner of the Defendant, in front of the cash withdrawal of the head office in Seongbuk-gu Seoul, Seongbuk-gu, 69-4, the head of Seongbuk-gu, Seoul Central Cancer Police Station D District Unit E, which called “whether or not he would cause any person to be injured”, and thereby interfered with the legitimate execution of duties concerning the arrest of a police officer, by assaulting, such as flaping and salkeing the ethth, etc., to arrest a flagrant offender.
