On August 8, 2013, at around 10:10, the Defendant driven the C-5 car volume owned by C-5 car without the driver's license in the section of about 1k from the street in the vicinity of Dobong-gu Seoul, Seoul to the acceptance of the 1146-dong, Seoul, Nowon-gu, to the neighboring street.
