If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On March 10, 2013, at around 22:34, the Defendant driven a B observer car with approximately 1k alcohol concentration of about 0.145% under the influence of alcohol from the road near the Changdong Station of Dobong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government to the front road of Nowon-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City.
