Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 3.5 million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

1. On September 1, 2012, at around 15:58, the Defendant received 112 report from the stairs of the 1st floor B in Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-si, B1st to the effect that C wishes to open the door and enter the scene, and the victim D, who was a police officer called to the site, prevented the Defendant from leaving the scene, sprinking the Defendant, and sprinking the victim, who was a police officer, sprinked the victim, and sponsed the victim, “Ispick to the present time”, and sprinks around 30 minutes, including “Ispick, Ispick, Ispick, Ispick, Ispick, and spick, Ispick the victim. 2. The Defendant arrested the Defendant as a flagrant offender at the same time and place as in the preceding paragraph of the obstruction of performance of official duties, and arrested the victim into the back of a patrol box.
