A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for four months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant was a person who was an employee of the Corporation D in the Mapo-si operated by the victim B.
When the Defendant was unable to receive wages from the victim, the Defendant was willing to steal the victim’s house in the above company’s office.
1. On November 14, 2018, the Defendant, along with E, opened an office entrance which was opened in front of the office office of the said company, along with E, a work partner, and stolen office supplies worth KRW 4,60,000,000 in total, including 3,500,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,00,000 won.
Accordingly, the defendant invadedd a structure at night and stolen the victim's property.
2. On November 20, 2018, the Defendant intruded with E and G, a work partner, at the location described in paragraph (1) on November 20, 2018, and stolen, by dividing the victim’s office supplies worth KRW 6.12,00,000,00 in total, including the victim’s KRW 2,00,000,000, market price of KRW 8,000,000, market price of KRW 1.5 million, KRW 4,50,00,000, market price of KRW 3.8,000,000, KRW 1,000,000, market price of KRW 1,00,000, market price of KRW 40,00,00,00, KRW 6,120,00,00 in total, into F Pool vehicles and G H vehicle.
Accordingly, the defendant invadedd a structure at night and stolen the victim's property.
