A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

From around 198, the Defendant purchased 15 guarantee insurance policies, including Samsung Fire, etc., and, without having to undergo continuous management and observation, for the purpose of receiving insurance money such as hospitalization daily allowances, the Defendant received hospitalization only for a hospital that can sufficiently be treated by its members without having to undergo continuous management and observation. Although it is a disease requiring hospitalized treatment, the Defendant received long-term hospitalized treatment, as long as necessary, and submitted documents necessary for receiving insurance money, such as a medical certificate stating that he/she received adequate hospitalized treatment at the time of discharge, and a certificate of hospitalization, and submitted it to the victimized insurance company for receiving insurance money.
