1. The Plaintiff:

A. Defendant A’s real estate listed in Annex A’s Schedule 1;

Reasons

1. Facts of recognition;

A. On July 16, 2015, the Plaintiff leased real estate indicated in attached Table 1 to Defendant A’s husband’s net E with the lease deposit of KRW 37,973,00, monthly rent of KRW 298,960, and the lease period of KRW 298,960 from August 1, 2015 to July 31, 2017.

The network E died on June 3, 2016 and the defendant A is currently a minor's child F and G, together with the minor's child F and G.

B. On August 3, 2015, the Plaintiff: (a) on the lease deposit, KRW 17,518,000; (b) monthly rent; (c) KRW 241,270; and (d) lease period 2015, the real estate listed in attached Table 2, as indicated in attached Table 2

8. From January 2, 201 to July 31, 2017, leased.

C. On July 8, 2015, the Plaintiff: (a) on the lease deposit, KRW 17,518,000; (b) monthly rent; (c) KRW 241,270; and (c) lease period 2015, real estate listed in attached Table 3, to Defendant C

On July 17, 2015, the Plaintiff leased to Defendant D real estate listed in attached Table 4 to KRW 45,946,00, KRW 347,210 per month of rent, KRW 347,210 per month of rent, and KRW 31,00 from August 1, 2015 to July 31, 2017.

E. However, from September 1, 2015, the network E and the Defendant A were in arrears, Defendant B from August 1, 2015, and Defendant C and D from September 1, 2015, respectively.

According to the facts found in the determination as to the cause of the claim, the Defendants failed to pay the rent under each of the above lease agreements for more than two years, and the Defendants’ duplicate of the complaint in this case, stating the Plaintiff’s declaration of intent to terminate each of the above lease agreements with respect to the Defendants, is apparent in the record that each of the above lease agreements was served on the Defendants on July 29, 2017, and November 7, 2016, and November 8, 2016. Thus, each of the above lease agreements was lawfully terminated.

Therefore, the plaintiff, the defendant A, and the defendant B, are attached to the attached Table 1.
