1. The Defendant: (a) KRW 56,400,000 for the Plaintiff and 5% per annum from November 24, 2015 to February 2, 2017.

Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. On March 5, 2010, the Plaintiff, as the owner of each real estate listed in the separate sheet (hereinafter collectively referred to as “instant commercial building”), entrusted the same to the KF real estate trust company.

B. On January 5, 2010, the Plaintiff leased to Nonparty C the real estate listed in the separate sheet No. 1 (hereinafter “401”) with the lease deposit of KRW 30,00,000, KRW 1,200,000 per month, and the lease term of KRW 5,000 from January 5, 2010 to January 4, 2012, with the lease deposit of KRW 20,00,000, KRW 80,000 per month, and the lease term of KRW 80,00,00 from January 5, 2010 to January 4, 2012.

C. On December 25, 2012, the Plaintiff shall be KRW 20,00,000 as lease deposit and KRW 1,00,000 as of December 24, 2014 from December 25, 2012 to December 24, 2014 (excluding value-added tax; hereinafter the same shall apply) with the real estate listed in attached Table 3 (hereinafter “No. 701”) listed in the annexed List No. 3 as of December 25, 2012. The Plaintiff paid monthly rent for the 25th day of each month and leased the first rent on January 25, 2013; and on January 25, 2013, “No. 4 real estate listed in the same List (hereinafter “No. 702”) and No. 703” below the real estate listed in subparagraph 5 of the same Table.

B, each lease deposit amount of KRW 10,000,000, each lease term of KRW 10,000 from February 25, 2013 to February 24, 2015, and KRW 1,100,000 per month, respectively, and each lease was made on March 25, 2013 by setting the first rent payment date as March 25, 2013.
