A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, by forging and submitting a medical certificate, tried to postpone the reserve force training.

1. On March 21, 2016, the Defendant: (a) obtained a written confirmation form using a computer from the CPc room located in Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and forged a written confirmation of the medical fact of the name of G by printing the seal of the representative director of the F hospital in the name of Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government by using the computer program; (b) forged a written confirmation of the medical fact of the name of G in the name of the patient; and (c) submitted it to the public official of H in the Songpa-gu office located in the name of Songpa-gu on the same day to use it as “A” in the medical treatment column; (d) 012; and (d) 21 March 201, 2016.

In addition, from that time until November 21, 2016, the Defendant, without authority, forged 2 copies of the G name medical certificate and 5 copies of the medical certificate in the name of G and I with no authority for the purpose of exercising it over seven times in total, as shown in attached Table 1.

2. The Defendant in violation of the Act on the Establishment of Local Reserve Forces is the member of the local reserve forces belonging to H units.

On March 21, 2016, the Defendant, at H Dong office of Songpa-gu on March 21, 2016, extended the period for the training of the U.S. (2th supplement) and for the vocational guidance training (2nd supplement) and conducted false acts, such as submitting a false G name medical certificate and submitting a false medical certificate on March 22, 2016.

In addition, the Defendant, from that time until November 21, 2016, extended training under the law of the local reserve forces on six occasions, as shown in attached Table 2, and submitted a forged diagnosis and a written confirmation of medical treatment.
