Defendant

A is a person who was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment with labor for a violation of the Petroleum and Petroleum Substitute Fuel Business Act at the Suwon District Court on September 7, 201 and completed the execution of the sentence in the Daejeon Prison on November 25, 201, and Defendant B is a person who was issued a summary order of four million won for the same crime in the Daejeon District Court on October 19, 201.

1. Defendant A and B, along with J and K, shall operate a gas station in which they pretended to combine fake petroleum products, which are mixed with light oil in transit, and sell them to the customers of the gas station. Defendant A, upon the request of J, which exercises overall control over the financing management of L gas stations, M gas stations, takes charge of the overall operation of the gas station, profit distribution, and supply of pseudo petroleum, and Defendant B conspired to take charge of the preparation for investigation by linking the above gas station to Defendant A and securing the president N who is punished on behalf of the Defendants, other than the name of the business owner, and delivering the consideration to them.

No person who violates the Petroleum and Petroleum Substitute Fuel Business Act shall manufacture, import, store, transport, keep, or sell fake petroleum products, and shall knowingly keep such products for the purpose of selling them.

(1) On July 24, 2014, the Defendants, in collusion with J, N, etc., sold to customers a total amount of KRW 687,028,930 won of fake petroleum products, including KRW 85% of diesel oil, and KRW 13,59.346 of the fake petroleum products including KRW 85% of light oil, etc., from around that time to August 22, 2014, as indicated in the attached Table 1, sold to customers under his/her name the total amount of KRW 687,028,930 of the price of fake petroleum products, as indicated in the attached Table 1.

(2) The Defendants conspired with J, N, etc. on January 2, 2014.
