Punishment of the crime
【The Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment for an injury at the Seoul Northern District Court on October 30, 2014, and completed the execution of the sentence at the Ansan Prison on May 27, 2015.
[Criminal Facts]
1. Special intimidation: (a) around 16:00 on April 27, 2017, on the ground that from the 5th floor emergency stairs of the building underground of Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government building C, the victim D, the location of which is the head, wears a knife for the following reasons: (b) the Defendant: (c) knife a knife, a dangerous object in possession of the knife knife knife knife knife knife.

Accordingly, the defendant threatened the victim D.
3. On May 15, 2017, the Defendant, in response to the demand from the victim D even though he/she received a request from the victim D to move out of the 6th emergency stairs underground of the above building on May 15, 2017, and on the same day, around 09:19 on the same day.
